Cannot map Lead Owner when importing Leads [SOLVED]

I'm trying to import a csv file full of leads. In addition to importing them I want them to be assigned or Owned by certain users of the system. I have followed the help file step by step and cannot make this work for me. After importing the leads successfully the Owner of the lead is still me the one who imported it. Not the person I wanted them assigned to.
Per the help file "Working with leads" I have added in the csv file a column labeled "Lead Owner" However in step 2 of the wizard there is no drop down for Lead Owner: or Assigned to: So rightfully in step 3 it says:

Following Columns in your XLS/CSV/VCF file are not mapped with any of the Zoho CRM field. The data in these columns will not be imported if you try to continue the importation. Click the Previous button to map these fields. If you wish to continue, click the Import button.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is the csv file formated correctly?
