I am trying to migrate email from my exchange server and have emailed support multiple times over the past 2 weeks with no response.

I installed outlook on my exchange server and ran the software. I tried all possible combinations of server names and domain names (see top photo) and I am still getting this error message when I try to find a user that I want to migrate (see bottom). I also tried doing this on one of our Windows 7 machines, with the same result.
