Clicking on a file attachment (PDF file in this case), results in an error, resulting in not being able to download or open the attachment. 

This occurs in Chrome, but works correctly in Firefox. In Firefox, you get a little context menu allowing you to either download or open the document. In Chrome, nothing happens, but you get this error in the Javascript console.
