Cannot print quotes when running Zoho in Chrome

Cannot print quotes when running Zoho in Chrome

We have 3 users running Zoho CRM.  2 of the users run Zoho CRM using Internet Explorer and 1 user is running Zoho CRM using Chrome.  The 2 users running Zoho CRM in Internet Explorer are having no issues but the one running Zoho CRM using Chrome is not able to print any documents.  He can export to a PDF fine, Print Preview fine, but when he prints, it opens up the window to choose the template to use and shows the preview or pdf fine but will not print.  It sends the job (seemingly) and thens spools and disappears?  Anybody else experiencing the same issue?  Thanks in advance.
