There is not publish feature in my "Distribute" menu options. I've searched your documentation and cannot locate information on enabling such a feature if it is disabled for some reason. I've attached a screenshot of my view on Distribute.
I did notice that when I hard refresh my chrome browser, "Share" shows in menu and then disappears when loaded, but I'm assuming this is because it is not published.
