Cannot reach smtp.zoho.com

Hi. I am trying to setup Sparrow mail app (Mac) to use zoho SMTP. I use the free lite version of zoho mail suite. I am constantly having error connecting to smtp.zoho.com (from Indonesia), imap.zoho.com works well and I can receive email but I can't send email. Attached is the setting that I use, according to the settings page. I have double checked the password.
