Cannot receive any emails on my Outlook Client

Cannot receive any emails on my Outlook Client

I have been not been able to receive any emails through Outlook.  I tried setting my account and used all the server settings provided but I get an error message saying imap server is not responding.

I was able to get them through Thunderbird but I cannot send any emails out, it says the smtp server is not responding.  This has been ongoing problem for the last couple of months.

There are no issues when I use the webmail app.
