Cannot Receive E-mail

Cannot Receive E-mail

Hi there,

I followed the instructions on all of the help pages and also cross-checked the forums, but still cannot seem to receive e-mails to my e-mail address that I have set up here with Zoho for my own domain.

The error message that I am receiving is pasted below. I would really appreciate your help/guidance in getting this set up.


Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

      charlie@hypegeeks.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain  hypegeeks.com  by  smtp.secureserver.net . [68.178.213.203].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 < charlie@hypegeeks.com > Recipient not found.  < http://x.co/irbounce >
