Hi,
I tried sending an email with attachments using my gmail going to my zoho mail. Unfortunately, I'm having an error:
"Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ******.com bymx.zohomail.com. [72.5.230.114].
The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes"
I've read that the total attachment size that I can send is 12MB, the overall total file size of what I'm sending is 9.85MB.
Anyone can help me with this one?
