Hi,

Basically I have not been able to even start using the Zoho service as once I signed up and verified the domain, I tried to test it out and email the address. This was met by a response from google that reads:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

  **************.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain *********.com by mail.************.com. [***.***.***.***].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 <***********.com>: Relay access denied

I have tried to submit a support ticket twice but both times the screen never confirmed my ticket and I have not had a response, so here I am.

Could some one please assist me with this issue.
