Cannot receive mails

Dear all,

I have recently started using the zoho mail. I was able to send and receive mails, however not there appears to be an issue. I can only send, but I am not receiving them. Below response from gmail.

I have noticed the problem after changing the name servers from Godaddy to another hosting service. Could this be the issue?

A quick advice would be appreciated.
