Cannot Receive Zoho E-Mail In MS Outlook 2013

I am unable check my Zoho E-Mail in Microsoft Outlook 2013.  My system is Windows 64-Bit, recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit.

This is the error message I get:  "Task '[Masked For Security] - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings.  The server responded: -ERR Authentication failed'."

This is what I have done:
1.  Reset my login password.
2.  Turned OFF two-factor authentication.  (I don't know how it got turned on in the first place.  I sure didn't do it!)
3.  Made double-sure that POP Access was enabled for my account.  (It was.)

Also, I get some message in Outlook about "relay."  Please fix this, or tell me how I can fix this.  NOW!
