Cannot recieve emails sent to Zoho Mail

Hello,
I am having a really terrible issue. For some reason, when I send an email to my zoho mail address, it bounces back, saying something like "the server did not accept our requests to connect". This happens with my gmail. I am trying it with my hotmail to see if it will do the same thing. But I think that when anyone sends an email, regardless of what email company they use, the email doesn't come through. I think it is something wrong with Zoho Mail. I have checked our DNS configurations and MX records, and everything is correct and working fine. I have reached out twice to Zoho Mail but haven't received a response. I am using the new Zoho Mail, but I don't think it is a problem with the new zoho mail per se, but the whole zoho mail system. I have tried the older version to see if it would work, but same thing. I still cannot receive any new emails. Please note that I can send emails perfectly fine! I can't  receive emails. I know that Zoho had attacks recently and it's been hard for them. But seriously, if they don't fix this soon, I will have to leave Zoho Mail. I really don't want to because I love Zoho Mail and I use other Zoho services. But we can't recieve emails and we really need to be! If anyone can reach out to us and help us, we would appreciate it.
