Dear Zoho,
I have a zoho business account of which I am a super admin. However for some reason I don't have any "external email address" to be used when a password reset email is requested.
Hence, the current situation is that I've been trying to reset my password, but the password reset email only goes to... the email account that I cannot log into, which makes the situation quite desperate.
I hope there is some way I can set things to normal again. I'll give all details I have or prove my ownership to the domain again, or whatever it takes.
