Earlier this morning I posted this question as well, but I cannot find it back, so i assume something went wrong. Recently we moved to Zoho mail, because of additional security. I have to admit that # of spam mails is less. However, it happens quite frequently that i cannot retrieve mails (see picture below). Using my Ipad I have the same problem and now for at least 3 days I do not get new mails on my Android phone. This is quite frustrating and annoying. Please can you assist to solve this problem. I think it is quite common that people do check mail on a laptop, Ipad and mobile phone.
