cannot see email history with the next arrow button

cannot see email history with the next arrow button

i am using chrome, and I have problem seeing the emails history (the latest 10 emails are ok, just the right arrow button not working) under the account or potential tabs. 

I tried to re-install chrome again without any succes

please help
