Cannot see the link to pay using Paypal

Apologies if this comes up twice, I could have sworn I posted it - but its not showing on the site. 

Anyway, I'm trying to upgrade and cannot see anywhere to pay with Paypal - although that method is quoted in the knowledge base. Can anyone help please?
