I cannot send an email to the super administrator email but I can send it to another email in the domain. When I try to add an alias to the administrator it says that it already exists.  

Do I have to set up another user for the super admin?

I am really confused!

Super Admin jack smith email address jack@domain.com

Cannot send email to this email address, it bounces "does not exist" sooooo

Set up an alias jack@domain.com

msg. alias already exists.
