I am unable to send email from my account. I received the following messages from Outlook, which I thought were resolved but all my emails for the past two days have been sitting in my outbox and not delivered! I also receive this message when sending directly from Webmail, so the issue is with Zoho.
Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
I did receive a message saying I was over some quota from Zoho but did not give additional details. What quota?! I don't send many emails at all. I logged into Zoho mail, did the captcha, and thought everything was fine at that point, but it obviously is still not sending my emails still.
I sent a support request several hours ago and have not received a response. This is very frustrating and disappointing service to not be able to send emails from my account nor receive prompt customer service for such an urgent matter.
