Cannot send email via MS Office Outlook

Cannot send email via MS Office Outlook

Hello!

Since this morning my company have issues sending email from Outlook.
We can get emails over IMAP
I tested SMTP connection via SSL and TLS - the same error observed

Outlook error message says that request to server timed out.
