Cannot SEND MAIL from Contact record.

Cannot SEND MAIL from Contact record.

"Button" shows it was selected, but no response.  This was working up until an hour or so ago, then stopped.

Other functions, NOTES, ATTACHMENTS, etc all work fine.

I am using SEND MAIL with templates, but now cannot get to open template.

The Support line has been uncharacteristically busy this afternoon.  I am surprised the problem has not already been posted.
