Cannot send mail from external application using Zoho mail account

Cannot send mail from external application using Zoho mail account

Hello,

I am trying to send mail from an external application (Bugzilla) using a Zoho mail account and using SMTP settings as follows -

SMTP server - smtp.zoho.com
Port - 465
user name - full email address
Connection Security - SSL/TLS

I get following error - Server error:Expecting code :'221' but server responds with:'21 mx.zohomail.com closing connection'

I am able to configure Outlook successfully using the same account.

Any help appreciated.
