Hi,
Since yesterday we have not been able to send mails from one of our email id.
We have done all the possible troubleshooting in outlook which involves deleting and recreating email profile, changing outgoing ports ssl/tls and also tried reinstalling outlook. Nothing works and we are stuck with this error:
0x800CCC1A. Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or ISP for additional assistance.
Can anyone throw some light on this issue and help us fix it.
