Hi Zoho,

We are using your email service with domain nldvietnam.org

We cannot send or receive email from some domain such as: "hided".gov.vn and "hided".vn etc.

I have checked the blacklist the above domain and I found that we may have communication issue with the Blacklist Listed reason UCEPROTECTL3

I have succeed to config DKIM and SFP, I suppose that SFP have block the blacklist, so is it ok to receive the email from blacklist if I remove SFP?

Could you please help to advise me how to handle this similar issue? The above domain is government level, and I suppose that it is safe.
