Cannot send or receive from mail client

Cannot send or receive from mail client

Hi.

I have set up a mail account for one of my domains hosted with a separate host.

I have added the MX records and confirmed the domain. However, I cannot receive or send email from my mail client.

Sending and receiving from the online webmail panel is fine. The email account is support@salestrakka.com

I have another zoho email account set up on same mail client with no issues

Please advise.
