Cannot send or receive mails after restoring account
Hello! This is a bit long story but it may worth reading for someone.
My problems started when I decided to give a try Zoho Mail application for Android. But I didn't succeed at setup proccess because app was giving me error saying I need to login my account from my desktop and check if my Zoho Contacts, Zoho Calendar and Zoho CRM are disabled or removed.
Yeah that's right - I removed my Zoho CRM account at Zoho account settings and I lost access to my mailbox due to 'account isinactive' error.
When I realized what I did I immediately wrote Zoho account support so they restore my account ASAP. And I faced unpleasant surprise here -support responds 1 time per day. So I got their reply next day only. I wrote 3 times in a row asking them nicely to restore my account yet the answer was given 12 hours later. Nicely done -_-
After my account was restored (support didn't bother to inform meabout this BTW) I found another problem - no mails cant be send or received.
If I try to send a mail to my mailbox I'm getting immediate error that message can't be delivered blah-blah...reason: user unknown.
When I try to send a mail from the mailbox - its authorization error 535.
It's my third day I'm unable to use my mailbox and I can only imagine what troubles I'm in now because some sensitive data collection was wired to this mailbox.
So what do I do now and how long will it take to fix?
PS It's sad to admit but I was living in delusion that Zoho Mail service is something special and stays somehow above giants like Gmail or Yandex and etc. But the real life situation shows otherwise.
