Cannot Send/receive E-mail

Hi,

I have my e-mail with our domamin in your free plan. 
After pass 5GB limit, my account was blocked, so I need to know how to activate again? 
right now, mailbox has only 3.5GB, and cannot receive/send any e-mail.
