Cannot send/receive email when using outlook

Cannot send/receive email when using outlook

All users can not send and receive email when using outlook.  It has worked for the last year flawlessly.  Since friday no one can send or receive email in outlook.  We are configured for imappro.zoho.com port 992 and smtp.zoho.com port 465
