Cannot sent email to a mail server: ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.0 Message rejected per SPF policy

Hi, Iam a free zoho user.
Recently, i sent emails to mails from a domain but i alway got back a message like this: 

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

 A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.
