Cannot setup Zoho IMAP on any windows mail client

Cannot setup Zoho IMAP on any windows mail client

No matter what client I use, I get a "can't get mail" or "cannot connect" error on Windows 10.

  1. Yes, IMAP is enabled
  2. Yes, I've checked, rechecked, triple checked passwords
  3. Yes, I have SSl turned on and the ports are correct (993 and 465)
  4. Yes, I'm using imappro.zoho.com and smptpro.zoho.com

I have the mail accounts working on iOS so I know it's not the details I'm getting wrong. 

How can I diagnose and fix this?
