Hi, am having problems sharing any files, and i cannot upload to a group just keeps uploading to my desktop.

Need to get a group set up, and will be exppanding to multiple users. I have a number of files i need for them to share. Also when we open the file in zoho can we not add info to it and then save it into our own folder ???? Please Help  Brandon
