Cannot share to users

I just removed a user from an app and now cannot add another. The "Share to User" button simply doesn't respond to clicks. Other apps are working properly, and I've tried both Firefox and Safari, but... nothing.

If anyone has an idea for how to fix this, I'd be most grateful!
