Hi,

I'm using Zoho CRM and have a problem on the use of Mail add-on.

There are three sales guys who have indivisual Zoho mail accounts.

And they share one Gmail account as a sales contact.

Therefore I'd like to configure the shared sales contact account on Zoho Mail via POP3 for these three.

So that the sales guys can view all mails coming to the account.

However mails downloaded via POP3 from the shared Gmail account to one of three cannot be downloaded to other two.

Is this specification or not?
