Cannot update email login id to switch to zoho domain


Hi, I have a problem with migrating from Google to Zoho personal.

I originally opened my account using my Gmail ID to sign on.  At this point, I wish to change my logon ID to zoho, as I have decided to migrate from Google over to Zoho.  Here is the problem:

Login to Zoho Personal, select Settings.

Settings -> My Login Email IDs

Select "Edit" under My Login Email IDs for my primary (and only) login id.

Change the field to read me@gmail.com to me@zoho.com, and save.

It closes the dialog, but nothing updates!

I also cannot add a zoho account as an alternate mail id- I figured this out when I thought I could add a second id, and then assign that as primary, but I can't even add one.
