Cannot Update "From" email

Cannot Update "From" email

I am the sole user of the CRM application.  I am trying to update my email address so that mail sent from within CRM reflects the domain email from my company and not my personal email.
 
I am following these steps from within the CRM application:
 
1.  Settings --> Admin Settings --> Users --> edit
2.  "Change" next to email address takes me out of CRM to Zoho Business page to manage my profile
3.  I click "edit" next to the Primary email address
4.  When I enter the new address/password I get the message "email already exist" 
 
 
I'm not sure what that error message means.  How can I change my primary email address?
