I manually added a secondary email and it did work just great.
However, I have quite a few contacts with an email address in a field I created (called Personal Email). I now want to copy all those address to the new Seconday Email field.
Since Zoho does not have a copy field function (which it should), I have used Zoho Sheet View to do this with other fields. However, although the sheet view does look like the field/column is copying, and the sheet does say Update Successful when I Save, it is not updating the Secondary Email field on *any* contact record.
Why?
