CANNOT VERIFY DOMAIN TO SET UP MY BUSINESS EMAIL!

Well I guess I have to make it public.I emailed support about 1 week ago regarding my newly purchased domain not be able to be verified by zoho no matter what method I use to set up email.I have tried all 3 ways and it keeps stating zoho cannot verify ownership of domain.Can you NOT blow me off for another week and simply state if it can be fixed so I can move on to another host or not.This is VERY,VERY,VERY frustrating as well as UNPROFESSIONAL.
