Cannot verify SPF. Has anyone else purchased domain through Shopify?

I purchased my domain name from Shopify (an online ecommerce hosting company) and I have access to my domains control panel via OpenSRS.

As of right now I am unable to send or receive email from 4 of my 5 Zoho email alias'. For a reason unknown to me, I can send/receive from  first.last@domain.com. That is the email alias that has the Admin permissions, but I don't understand why that one works and the other 4 do not.

When I am in the SPF section of my Zoho control panel and click on "verify" I have been receiving the following message since yesterday, "We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again."

I have used the primary SPF recommendation of "v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all", and the alternate Zoho recommendation of "v=spf1 include:zoho.com -all", and it appears each has been unsuccessful.

Do you have any recommendations for me?
