Cannot view attachments in CRM using Chrome

When using Chrome to view CRM we are suddenly unable to view attachments.  This happened after a Subscriptions integration was added, which may be related.  The attachments can be downloaded but not viewed.  Using either Edge or IE the attachments can be viewed and downloaded. We have tried multiple computers using windows 10 and 7 and get the same results
