Cannot View Lead Email Responses
Hi,
I cannot see the email responses of leads in Zoho. We used the Zoho email engine to send emails to just over 400 leads. Zoho is tracking that activity. However, whenever a lead responds, that information is not shown in Zoho.
How do I view these responses in Zoho?
