Can't access voice recordings in Calls Module
Hi!
We are integrated with Jive telephony and can't access voice recordings. About a month ago during testing, we were able to access one such recording, but since then, no call has been accessible. The field is empty and when I hover over it, a "locked" symbol pops up.
Fortunately, everything else is logged properly - time, date, duration, call from and call to, etc.
Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
