Cant Add to Iphone, Activesync is Enabled

Cant Add to Iphone, Activesync is Enabled

Trying to add my account linda@tradinganalytics.tech to my iphone as an exchange account, but keep getting 

"Exchange Account: Unable to verify account information"

I have the following

email linda@tradinganalytics.tech 
server msync@zoho.com
domain: tradinganalytics
username: linda@tradinganalytics.tech 

And my passsword...  

But I can't add it.. Please help!  Activesync is enabled for the account so that isnt it
