What the heck is "DC" ?

I get this when adding literally any user and it is getting seriously annoying now... :/

If it means that the email address already belongs to another Zoho portal then this is just stupid and it should allow user's to be added to multiple portals.

Why would you even write DC and expect us to know what that means...?
