Can't connect my O365 Email to CRM
Hello,
I had my MS Exchange account integrated, via IMAP to Zoho CRM for over a year and it all worked well. We have recently migrated all our email addresses to Office 365 and I can no longer connect.
I've tried many things, including disabling the security defaults for O365 but still no luck. The error message I get is "Unable to get SMTP email" (See screenshot)
I have been through it all with my IT Support who are MS experts, not Zoho consultants. They have tried using different email accounts accounts and method of connecting (selecting to connect via Office 365/Outlook/Other Mail etc in the CRM settings). Nothing works!
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you manage to solve it?!
