Cant connect to IMAP

Cant connect to IMAP

Hi There Zoho Team! 

          So Im trying to connect via IMAP however cant seem to for whatever reason. Im using the following settings:

imappro.zoho.com
port: 993

username: myusername@mydomain.com
password: my password

SSL: Enabled

Can you see anything in your logs? I can connect to google for example without issue. Thanks!
