Cant connect to smtp.zoho.com via port 465(ssl) or 587(tls)

Cant connect to smtp.zoho.com via port 465(ssl) or 587(tls)

I am trying to setup zoho smtp for WordPress using "WP Email SMTP" plugin. Its working fine for smtp.gmail.com but unfortunately not working for smtp.zoho.com. I have tried both ports ssl and tls with port 465 and 587 respectively.
Weird thing is that its working from this smtp testing site https://www.smtper.net/
Am I the only one facing this issue, any solution please....
