Nothing works and its really pissing me off
I get the error 'zoho-inputstream Input does not match the given pattern'
Which literally tells me nothing at all. I google it and still cant find any information.
It would be amazing if Zoho could actually create error messages that we can not only understand, but also look up and find out what the problem is instead of having to come here and write out a whole post just to find the answer.
I probably sound pissed off and thats because I am because tonight I found out, as a paid business user, I cant actually recall any emails, only emails that are in my organization which is useless to me. They should actually be more clear about this when advertising this feature, the same goes for them advertising 'massive email attachments' which is blatantly trickery, no where does it say that it actually means you dont have massive email attachments, you infact need to upload the file to their server and then the person receiving the email needs to download it. All they say is you can attache 250mb attachments...
Lol i just checked and since I complained about it a month ago, they have now changed it to say 'Upload attachments upto 250 MB and set view permissions.' which still is very unclear of what it actually is.
Lastly, their android Zoho email app is so dismal, it lacks any features at all. Free email apps have more features than Zoho. I am specifically talking about the lack of a Rich Text Editor.
I used to use Nine ( Paid email app) and I am thinking I may have to go back to it. Because you cant even highlight text, italic text, Bold text...all the most basic things you would expect from a very simple email app letalone a Rich Text Editor.
And now this BS with creating groups and the ambiguous error messages and lack of live support for paid users.
Yes I am aware they have phone support, which is useless because I cant call them. Waiting for email responses from them takes days too!
I only signed up to Zoho 1 month ago, even bought my other domain through them, but after this year is up, I am leaving, there are better companies out there that offer better support and better products.
Even when their support respond to people here I have seen them being rude to a lot of people, they are very short and unhelpful with their replies and their 'help' is often wrong and its the users who have fixed the problem for other users after Zoho constantly kept failing at providing good support.
I have even been on the receiving end from one of the rude staff, very arrogant, patronizing woman.
I did eventually get an apology from her manager. But that doesnt change the fact this is happening.
End rant.
Sorry but they are really pissing me off.
When I pay for a service, I expect to get better quality than what I would from a free service.
