Hello,
In the deals module for example, when we want to assign a brand new contact via the lookup field, there is an option for "Create new".
However, as our Account Name in the Contact module (which is a lookup field, obviously) is mandatory and in the quick contact create menu does not allow to create a new Account.
Is there any way to smooth this process without changing the Account name to the not-mandatory field or changing from look up to the standard line as all other CRM solution does?
At this point, Zoho CRM does not save us time honestly. Any way to work around that?
