I'm getting a warning that a state which is currently associated with a ticket can't be deleted when I try to delete a state from a blueprint which isn't being actively utilized in any of the tickets.

I have created a view which specifically checks all the tickets for all times for this particular state and it also reports that there aren't any tickets associated with this status.

What could be the problem about deleting this state?
