Hi there,

When I click on a contact and select Send Email, I would like to be able to insert an email template. 

I have created an email template in Setup> Customization> Templates however this option is not availabe when I click Insert Template.

I am on the free plan still as I am just evaluating. I don't think this is the issue otherwise this function would be greyed out.
